Public Procurement & Construction
Mission statement: The members of the Construction and Public Procurement SIG understand that virtually every fair size construction project or other public procurement process involves a designer, contractor, process or product supplier with origins outside the country where the project or public entity is located. The Group’s members represent all participants in these undertakings, from the public entities, to the designers, contractors, through the product suppliers. Through Legalink, the Group’s members can offer their clients a single point of contact through which they can navigate the various issues involved in such undertakings, from the licensing, regulatory and performance requirements involved in doing business in a different jurisdiction to first-hand access to the different approaches that public entities throughout the world take to the procurement process.
